I took pride in that! I always aimed to create one-of-a-kind pieces. Even if it was a simple modification like switching the findings from gold to silver on a basic design, it resulted in a unique and fresh appearance. This realization prompted me to delve into the study of gemstones, including their origins and the spiritual and health properties linked to authentic earth stones. I have conducted classes for enthusiastic audiences seeking to expand their understanding. In creating this blog, I will share everything beads and stones. I never wanted to make two of one design. Even if it meant just changing the findings from gold to silver on the basic design – it was still different and had a different look. Well, leap in time, a mission statement, business plan, and a small personal gift from a friend, allowed me to put my heart into my dream . It was soon time to offer my gift to others and maybe get paid for doing what I love. :-) I quickly learned that in business you can longer create those hobby pieces and put them to the side and say, well, it’s just a hobby. When you realize that you are now accountable to yourself first, it makes a world of difference in how you handle the new way you do what you, and you are now more passionate about how you present your self and your gift. Fast forward, through online classes and tons of YouTube video sessions, my interest and desire to broaden my knowledge on this craft intensified. I was a sponge looking for whatever knowledge I could acquire to make pieces of handcrafted jewelry that I could afford to construct and offer to others. It has been wonderful and refreshing meeting people. who share the love of jewelry making and designing. I’ve had so many that have shared and almost taken my hand to show me everything from the beauty and properties of gemstones, accompanying me to fabulous bead shows and guided me on types of metals with do’s and don’ts. As stated earlier, my thirst for knowledge and desire to produce a quality product for myself, led me to many wells of knowledge.
